Tom Hawbaker is a long-time member and advocate of the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce,  initiating insurance plans and discounts for members. Tom was the recipient of the First Annual Segner Award, a volunteer of the year recognition, and a graduate of the Scottsdale Leadership Class II as well as participating on numerous committees in the community. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce.

Crystal Hawbaker is a member of the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, as well as the Membership Advisory Committee and the Safety Committee.
